Welcome to one of the most beloved events on Kayrth- the Stargazing Festival! Many people travel here from all over the world in order to partake in the extravagant activities and the delectable foods. Citizens of Kaytropolis will often show others around the festival, telling them about each stand and what they offer. You have Maxim Srats, who has mystical fortune cookies which offer plenty of magical prizes; Bolte Roetem, who sells beautiful but pricey kaels; Miss Sunev De'Tour, who will offer you intriguing items for your starflies; and the Designer of the event, Miss Vega herself! She generally watches over the event, but she will sell some of the lovely produce and crafts she makes at home when she has the time. Some people come to the festival just to browse goods and admire kaels, but many come to look at the stars that shine brighter than any other time of the year. Just make sure you go visit Morgan to upgrade your telescope, or else you won't be able to find much in the lovely skies above Kaytropolis.
The Stargazing Festival is a two week festivities being celebrated every month of November in the land of Kayrth. You can access the festival area (Stargazing Hill) by visiting the city of Kaytropolis; click on the bushy figure besides the Toy Shop. Once you are in the World Park, click on the sign at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Stargaze is the main highlight of the Stargazing Festival. You are allowed to stargaze twice every hour with hopes of collecting pieces to upgrade your telescope or just for special items which are only available during the festivities. You need to collect these pieces to upgrade your telescope from various parts of the festival. The higher your telescope level, the better chances of obtaining an item. The max telescope level is five.
You can gain access to your telescope by visiting Morgan Herschel's stall which is located at the bottom left hand corner of the Stargazing Hill (that one with the white/light blue colored cloth banner)

You can also obtain telescope parts by participating on Sunev's Quest. She is randomly giving out various telescope pieces for every quest you accomplish for her. Don't worry, she only needs those magical and cute Starflies which are obtainable via random site event. You can also purchase them at Dillan's Kael Shop in Kaytropolis.
